How much do maps cost and what is turn around time?
Cost will be determined on items purchased. Turn around time is 2 weeks. This will vary based on ultimate shipping destination.
How are payments made for Bank & Surf maps?
All major credit cards are accepted for standard, online purchases. For additional payment options (and custom order questions) please call our retail store at 215 247-1012.
Are the maps in stock?
No. At present all maps are made to order because of the size, color and customization options.
Can I order a different
frame color option?
Yes, however custom frames do have an up-charge and may take 2 additional weeks to process. Call Customer Service for information at 215 247-1012.
When will I receive my map?
Standard, uncustomized maps typically ship within 2 weeks of order receipt. Customized maps typically ship within 2 weeks of the final customer approval process. For orders that have time sensitivity, please call the store directly at 215 247-1012.
Can I drop ship multiple pieces to multiple locations?
Yes, simply enter the shipping information for each map separately when placing the orders. Call Customer Service for more information at 215 247-1012.
Can I return or exchange my Bank & Surf map?
Because out maps are made to order they are typically not returnable, especially those which have been customized. If you have received a map that you feel needs to be returned or exchanged, feel free to give us a call at 215 247-1012.
How do I return my
framed Custom map?
If one of our maps needs to be returned, please repack the map exactly as it was sent. For additional information and our return policy, please be in touch with us at 215 247-1012.
I’m sending this as a gift. Is pricing info included in the shipment?
If the map is a gift, we are happy to include a gift message and will not send any pricing information.
Do you ship internationally?
UPS is our standard courier and ships anywhere in the USA. For destinations beyond our borders, please call us at our store 215 247-1012 so we can explore options for you.
